Sunday, January 18, 11:00am - 12:30pm PT
This is an online workshop held via Zoom.
As one year comes to a close and another begins, life can feel especially busy and tangled. This watercolor meditation offers a soft reset: a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided painting exercises, we’ll calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite ease into the year ahead.
Watercolor Zen is a meditative painting gathering that encourages us to pause, exhale, and connect with the present moment. In the midst of constant motion, this is an intentional space to slow down and simply be.
This workshop is open to all levels, perfect for beginners and experienced painters alike. We'll learn basic watercolor techniques, focusing on washes and line work, while we explore flow, transparency, and spontaneity. Ultimately we will learn to how release control and find beauty in what unfolds naturally on the page.
Join Zoom 15 minutes early for an informal meet and greet with the instructor and class participants! Class will begin promptly at 5 minutes past the hour, so everyone has plenty of time to create!
