SUNDAY, March 8, 11:00am - 2:30pm PT
This is an in-person workshop at CfM Art Room:
4035 Judah St, San Francisco, next door to our shop!
The spectrum of colors available in art making are wide, enticing, and complex. This workshop was designed for anyone interested in expanding a sense of possibility and intention when working with color, for anyone who has encountered challenges in developing palettes, or for those wishing to discover new chromatic possibilities in their work.
In the class, we’ll begin with a set of color charts that demonstrate specific themes related to the fundamental color theory to gain and then toward the end, each participant will work on their own palette samples that match a personal color reference.
The material shared is designed to be helpful to everyone, from those who are relatively new to art to practicing artists alike and participants can choose to work in colored pencil, watercolor or gouache.
