Nicosia Green

Earth from the city Nicosia in Cyprus. This lovely green has a slight gritty texture and allows for transparency and lightness.

When Nicosia is fully saturated it does look like quite a similar color to French Pale Green! We've included a side by side image so you can see how Nicosia is more transparent and has more texture than French Pale Green.

All of our watercolors handmade in our shop using the highest quality earth and synthetic pigments and natural watercolor binding medium made from gum arabic (sap from acacia trees), honey, glycerine and distilled water.

Half Pans contain around 2ml of paint and are approximately 3/4" x 1/2" x 3/8" deep.
