Nature Visions with Dave Muller
Wednesday, January 22, 2:00pm - 3:30pm PT
Our minds have a way of seeing nature in everything we observe and this class embraces that amazing ability through watercolor. Relying initially on the patterns that gravity evokes as it pulls pigment through water we will find meaning in the forms that emerge. Next we hone in and develop the areas that speak to us most, discussing concepts of composition along the way. Our goal will be to use painting as a means to open our awareness of how nature is reflected in everything we see.
Join zoom 15 minutes (1:45pm PT) early for an informal meet and greet with the instructor and other class participants! Session instructions will begin promptly at 2:05pm PT so that everyone has plenty of time to join!
SUGGESTED MATERIALS:

ABOUT DAVE
Dave Muller has been a friend and an inspiration to our shop since before we even existed. He is a staple in our Outer Sunset neighborhood as an artist and fellow business owner. Dave has a way of making art that is both incredibly free, yet very detailed and precise—which creates a beautiful balance especially while working with watercolor. Dave's studio is just a block away from us and we always love to see what he is working on—we’re so excited to learn from him here!
All workshops are recorded and the replay will be automatically available the day after class to everyone who paid for a spot! The link to the recording will expire 30 days after the date of the workshop.
