Meditation on Gunta Stölzl's Stripes with Anjelika Deogirikar Grossman
Tuesday, January 7, 5:00pm - 6:30pm PST
Last year, I discovered the only female Bauhaus Master, Gunta Stölzl, and was immediately drawn to her vibrant color palette and bold patterns of her textile designs. Flat brushes are one of the tools I only occasionally use in my practice. Learning more about the artist and her practice, I challenged myself to use varying sizes of flat brushes to create geometric designs inspired by Gunta’s designs.
Join zoom 15 minutes early (4:45pm) for an informal meet and greet with the instructor and other class participants! Session instructions will begin promptly at 5:05pm PST so that everyone has plenty of time to join!
