Flower Forms with Tess Rubinstein
Couldn't load pickup availability
FRIDAY, MAY 9, 6:30 - 8:30pm PT
This is an in-person workshop at CfM Art Room:
4035 Judah St, San Francisco, next door to our shop!
Join us for an evening of life drawing as we explore the beauty of spring blooms. We’ll work from freshly arranged flowers throughout the space, approaching the session like a figure drawing class - beginning with quick gestural warm-ups that build to longer studies. Rather than focusing on precision, this session will prioritize process and play as we experiment with form, line, and composition. All levels are welcome.
MATERIALS NEEDED
These are the supplies you'll need to bring for class—feel free to supplement this list with other options you love or have on hand!
- Brush pen; (I like LePen)
- Newsprint and/or selection of drawing paper
- Any additional drawing materials you’d like to use such as pencils, markers, crayons, etc.
- Optional: eraser
If you'd like to purchase supplies from our shop, you can order online and select in-store pickup, or shop in person before class. Shop hours are 11am-6pm daily; please plan ahead if you're picking up supplies! Instructors will not have access to the shop when we're closed.
