Desert Bloom with Tess Rubinstein
Couldn't load pickup availability
TUESDAY, APRIL 8, 6:30 - 8:30pm PT
This is an in-person workshop at CfM Art Room:
4035 Judah St, San Francisco, next door to our shop!
In this workshop, we’ll use painted line to capture the beauty of the desert. We’ll work with watercolor and Sumi ink to create several gestural landscape paintings, each highlighting the abundance of desert plant life that flourishes in the spring. Rather than focusing on the strictly representational, this session will prioritize experimentation as we practice various design elements, including simplification, value, rhythm, and expressive mark making. All levels welcome!
