Green Quilt

This large paper quilts is composed of many 2" x 2" squares of original watercolor artwork sent to us by our amazing, generous community. We received work of all different sizes from over 60 people around the world and were completely blown away! From these pieces, we cut out thousands of individual squares in order to piece them back together to create new, original artworks.

We created 7 large quilts and many mini ones, all of which were on display for the month of February at Axis Gallery in Sacramento alongside. We loved carefully and intentionally piecing each quilt together and stepping back to see everyone's work transform.

Measures approximately 38” x 26”. Taped together from the back using our beloved gold foil tape (also used to wrap our individual watercolors!). With multiple pieces of linen tape at the top and bottom for easy hanging with pushpins or T pins.

100% of the sales of each Collaborative Quilt will go to Hospitality House in San Francisco.
