CfM Lime

The Lime green of our dreams! This color makes us all happy at the shop and we can't stop oohing and awwing over it. The color of a just ripe lime, a new leaf just unfurled, fresh grass spotlit by the sun, green jello, or (some of you may remember) Nickelodeon slime, CfM Lime makes us reminisce of the best, most fun things.

When working out what new colors to bring into our CfM blended colors family for 2021, Rawley and Riley, geniuses that they are, came to the table with the idea for a bright, yellow-tinted green. We took a look at the colors surrounding this green in our collection, Fluorescent Green and CfM Meadow, and saw a definite open window. Comparatively, our Fluorescent Green is so much more blue-tinted and Meadow is softer and darker. Lime is a special blend of five of our core pigments, which include non-lightfast fluorescents.

Our paints are incredibly saturated and handmade in our shop using high quality pigment and watercolor binding medium that is made from gum arabic (sap from acacia trees,) honey, glycerine and distilled water.
