CfM Coral

Coral is ultra bright (there's a little bit of fluorescent pigment in there), very smooth, and opaque. It'll punch up any painting, beautiful as a highlight too!, and for us definitely resembles the color of stunning live coral in a tropical reef.  Or during a brilliant sunset it's that intense pink hue that falls over everything in sight.

We're all obsessed here but Coral has been especially championed and beloved by Melanie Lan, our CfM coworker and all around magic person, at the shop. Melanie made the exciting move to New York (she's still a part of our team!) and we knew we absolutely had to produce this color, the coral pink of our dreams, before she left! We hope you love it as much as we do!

All of our watercolors are non-toxic and handmade in our shop using the highest quality earth and synthetic pigments and natural watercolor binding medium made from gum arabic (sap from acacia trees), honey, glycerine and distilled water.

Our custom blended colors don't have a Color Index number as they consist of a unique blend of two or more pigments.
