We will begin with activities designed to explore materials and experiment with various approaches to creating marks. We will then cut \u0026amp; collage the papers we created in warm-up activities, add additional material, and explore meaning through the creation of an abstract piece rooted in your unique sensibility. She works with a felt sense - a bodily intuition and curiosity - until an unconscious storytelling is revealed in the material expression. If you're driving, there is 1-hour parking along Judah St., and unmetered street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.
